Truth be told I was annoyed because the color did not match my expectations. I expected a vivid red and the suspender were a rust, cognac color, and it didn’t work with what I wanted to wear it with. I sent an email and within 1 hour I got an answer from their customer service offering me a voucher. So, I did what every reasonable person would do, I went on their website and bought the matching panties and bra! And I LOVE THEM ALL!!
