We hope you are delighted with your purchase!

 

However, should you wish to return your order for an exchange, store credit or refund, please note you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. All items returned must be unused, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact). It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.

 

How do I return?

  • Visit our RETURNS CENTER

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date you received your order

  • In unused and resalable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

Ensure that panties & garters are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.

 

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

  • Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup

  • Items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Our Customer Care Team will help you to sort this out. 

 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once we receive and check your item, the replaced item will be shipped to you. 

 

In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock at the moment your return arrives back to us. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your exchange cannot be fulfilled. Our customer services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.

 

What are the refund options? 

The following refund options are supported:

 

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. MARIEMUR provides free returns for all US orders. If you live outside the US, you are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within maximum 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

If the returned items are:

  • used

  • not in resalable condition

  • not in the original packaging with all the tags and labels intact

 

We will be forced to reject your request asking you to cover the shipping to return back the parcel to you.
