How to initiate a return?

  1. Start the Process - Visit our RETURNS CENTER.
  2. Input Details - Submit your order number and email address.
  3. Selection - Follow the prompts and pick out the items you wish to send back. Ensure you are returning products that align with our return policy.
  4. Approval - After your return is greenlit, you'll receive a confirmation email replete with shipping instructions.
  5. Timely Return - Please ship your return within a 7-day timeframe post-approval. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the complimentary return label provided and a rejected return request.

We genuinely want you to adore what you've chosen. Yet, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item:

  1. Return Window: you have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to send it back.
  2. Product Condition: the returned items should be undamaged, and presented as they were when delivered – with all labels/tags in place. It's essential to ensure they are in their original packaging.
  3. Beyond 30 Days: we hope it never comes to this, but if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regret that we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund.

Which items can you return?

  • Specifics: We welcome the return of leather bras, lingerie bras, and lingerie bodysuits.
  • Timeframe: Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Condition: Products should be untouched, in sellable condition, housed in original packaging with all tags unremoved.

What can't be returned?

Certain items are non-returnable to ensure our commitment to quality and hygiene:

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Products: Items that are marked as final sale.
  • Affected by External Factors: Products marred by lipstick, deodorant, makeup, or exhibiting smells of perfume, tobacco, or body odor.
  • Damaged or Missing Parts: Items not in their original state or missing components unless it's our mistake.
  • Intimate Nature Products: To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, products that can come in direct contact with the genitals or bodily fluids are non-returnable. These are considered used once they leave our facility. However, in cases of defective or damaged goods, returns are welcome.

Received a Damaged Item?

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivered date. Our Customer Care Team will help you to sort this out. 

Interested in Exchanging?

We support exchanges for specific product variants, granted your item is returnable. Opt for the 'Refund to Store Credit' if you wish to reorder. Once we've received and assessed your item, your store credit will be emailed to you.

What are the refund options? 

You can choose from:

  • Refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund to store credit (where applicable).

Sending Your Return Back:

For detailed guidance on returning products, please consult the email dispatched after you initiate the return.

Good news for US customers: MARIEMUR offers free returns. Those outside the US will need to bear the return shipping fees.

Note: Shipping fees aren't refundable, and any refund provided will have the return shipping fee subtracted.

Return Processing Time:

Please allow up to a maximum of 15 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our warehouse.

Awaiting Your Refund?

Upon receipt and evaluation of your returned product, an email update will be sent. This will let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

If a product is returned in an unacceptable state, it might have to be sent back to you. Returns may be declined if items are:

  • Previously used.
  • Not fit for resale.
  • Missing original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Of intimate nature (e.g., panties, garters, leather full bodies, latex).

If a return is rejected, you might need to bear the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

In case of approval, store credits are immediately dispatched, while refunds to your original payment method will typically be processed within 5-7 business days post-approval.
