How to measure
Waist
With a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist. The tape should be parallel the floor, flat agains your body but not too tight.
Hips
With a tape measure around the fullest part of your butt. The tape should be parallel the floor, flat agains your body but not too tight.
Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Ensure that the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose.
Thigh
Measure the circumference of your thigh by wrapping the tape around the fullest part of your thigh, usually near the groin area. Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
